You control your data

Small logs. A clearer picture.

GutLoop turns a few quick check-ins into one calm, chronological view — so remembering less can help you notice more.

01

Log what you eat

Add a meal, portion, food tags, notes, or an optional photo — with as much or as little detail as you want.

02

Record digestion

Track Bristol type, comfort, symptoms, characteristics, and notes in a discreet flow designed for real life.

03

Notice possible patterns

See explainable timing relationships across your own records, with clear evidence limits and no causal claims.

Track without turning life into homework.

The core loop stays quick. The detail is there when you want it, and quietly out of the way when you don't.

One combined timeline

Meals and digestion records stay together, newest first, with a useful daily summary.

Fast, flexible logging

Edit anything later. Optional photos and quick-add flows help without making them a requirement.

Discreet reminders

Local reminders are off by default and only appear when the relevant log is missing that day.

Your data, portable

Export your records as JSON or CSV and share them only when you choose.

Your health notes belong to you.

GutLoop is local-first. Meals, digestion records, settings, and app-managed photos are stored in the app on your device. There is no GutLoop account, cloud sync, ad network, or analytics SDK.

Patterns, with their limits attached.

GutLoop uses conservative, explainable wording. It shows counts, timing windows, and data-quality context so you can understand why an observation appeared — and what it cannot tell you.

GutLoop is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose a condition, recommend treatment, or prove that a food caused an outcome.

Ready when your gut has more to say.

GutLoop is preparing for the Apple App Store and Google Play. The current private beta is available for controlled testing.

Questions, answered plainly.

Is GutLoop a medical app?

GutLoop is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or recommend care. If you are worried about symptoms, contact a qualified healthcare professional.

Where is my data stored?

Your records and settings are stored in GutLoop app data on your device. Your operating-system backup settings may also include app data. Optional remote AI processing is separate, consent-gated, and described in the privacy policy.

Do I need an account?

No. The current GutLoop private beta has no account, authentication, cloud sync, or multi-device restore.

Can I export or delete my records?

Yes. Export JSON or CSV from Data & exports, or use Delete all data to remove app-managed records, photos, exports, and profile values. External copies and device backups are outside GutLoop's control.
